The Upstate Business Journal published a story describing company incentives to keep good people. Financial Advisor, Maura Copsey, talked about her flex schedule at NNP, which allowed her to pick up her two children from school. “The commitment was huge on the front end because I would be leaving before the markets would close, so there would still be active business happening,” said Maura.
